TRIALS & CONSULTATIONS
Congratulations on your engagement! We want to help you look and feel your best on one of the most important days of your life. Trials for brides are highly recommended. Not only does it take the stress and guess work out of the wedding day look, but it also gives both the bride & the artist a chance to get to know one another. During the trial we will have a consultation prior to the application discussing: your vision, day of important details, your beauty likes and dislikes. Together we create your perfect wedding day look that will best enhance your natural beauty in photos and in person. Trials are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings & Sundays.
MAKEUP
Double cleanse and exfoliate the night before and follow your skin care routine the morning of (Cleanse, tone, moisturize). This ensures the skin is smooth and prepped for a flawless makeup application.

HAIR
Wash your hair the night before and blow dry straight and smooth. Avoid using any products other than shampoo and conditioner. Also avoid using hot tools such and curling irons, wands, and hair straighteners. When using conditioner, use a dime size and only focus it on your ends for about 1 minute before rinsing. If hair is washed morning of and they hair is wet once in the artists chair an additional $25 blowdry fee will be added.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
If you have your own hair extensions you would like to use, please wash using Shampoo ONLY, no other products and blow dry smooth and straight. It is at the discretion of the artist if they feel like the quality of the hair is not suitable for hot tools or styling.

All payments are plus HST.

False lashes are not included and can be purchased for $30+HST.

Please note that the application of pre-owed lashes is $30+HST. While we provide this
service including the application of clip-in extensions. The quality of these products
provided to the artist must be to their standard to ensure a smooth application and the
overall end product is to the standard of Victoria Baglione Beauty &Co. The artist has the right to refuse. -
The bridal package comes with a mini touch up kit (Sponge, oil blotting sheets, powder
puff, lip touch up, lip wand, q-tip, mascara wand). -
A travel fee will be added for any service from Victoria Baglione Beauty & Co. team(s) location at $1 per km per artist.

Any necessary parking fee will be paid by the client.

While providing luxury makeup artistry, this is a “makeup & go” bases, after completion the artists(s) is/are not required to stay. If you require the artists to stay later then the allotted time for touch up/etc. a touch up fee will be added.

There is an early start fee of $50 plus HST per hour per artist prior to 6am.

In the event the bridal booking is cancelled within 90 days of the booked date is subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

In the event the bridal booking is cancelled within 30 days of the booked date is subject to a $250 cancellation fee, including the remaining invoiced total to be paid.

In the event a special event booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booked date is subject to pay the remaining total of the invoiced amount.

Once a deposit is paid, no services can be removed or cancelled. We recommend finding someone to take over these services.

Any no shows for wedding parties will be charged the full price of services.

Clients with wet hair will be charged an additional $30 plus HST “blow dry fee”.

In the event that something is damaged during your service (equipment, makeup spills, etc.) Victoria Baglione Beauty & Co. team will not be held responsible.

Dates are held for 48 hours from the date invoice is received. Once the deposit is received a confirmation will be sent of booking.

Remaining cost of invoice will be due 2-5 days prior to date of event.

Payment of deposit and remaining amount due is to be made by e-transfer ONLY to hello@victoriabaglione.com.

If client pays via invoice a service charge of 3% will be due.

In order to book service deposit must be received.
